Where it started:
Oprichting: Justin Noyez startte met de productie van stoofvlees, vol-au-vent en brochetten, met een focus op de frituurwereld. We openden een magazijn met diepvries om de opslag en distributie te voorzien.
New Steps: His son, Wim Noyez, joined the company, which brought significant growth. Wim mainly took charge of sales.
Team expansion: Patricia Keirsebilck joined our team, allowing us to be even more responsive to our customers' needs.
Expansion: Noyez soon became too small. We added a second warehouse and freezer and bought land for further growth.
Innovatie: De productie kon de groei van de firma niet volgen waardoor de bouw van een nieuwe productiehal met twee verdiepingen nodig was.
Capacity expansion & acquisition Wim Noyez: In 2012, Wim Noyez took over from Justin. We added a second freezer with five loading docks and a refrigerated area for preparing orders.
Warehouse improvement: We built a new warehouse and demolished part of the first one to create a freezer.
New shop: Our shop got a makeover which means we now have a retail area of 1,000 m².
